Are you suffering from dry, damaged, or weak hair?

Try a conditioning steaming treatment
HnBC Salon in Castlebar has launched an exciting new steaming, conditioning, hair treatment which could be the perfect hair boost or treat this season, especially if you want to get your locks in top shape for a special occasion, such as a wedding or party.
The treatment, which includes a relaxing head massage, costs just €30.

How does it work?
A steamer is an instrument that protects hair quality and softens and restores moisture to the hair. Steam along with ions are used to open up the cuticles of the hair to allow conditioners to penetrate the hair and lock in moisture that helps stop dryness, breakage, and split ends.

The HnBC steamer provides proper nutrition absorption by opening up the hair shaft using steam which allows conditioners to infuse each hair strand providing moisture therapy to the hair. Hair steamer conditioning treatments could only be found in top salons.

Steaming involves using moist heat on the hair, as opposed to dry heat. Steaming the hair creates a humid environment, to create the perfect conditions for the absorption of moisture.

Some of the benefits of steaming include combatting environmental damage caused by exposure to sun and wind; using steam as an alternative to the potentially drying effects of styling using curling or straightening irons; moisturising hair; includes restructuring and replenishing ingredients; promotes hair strength and elasticity; helps remove dandruff; softens natural hair; stops dryness, breakage and split ends; hydrates dry, brittle, hair due to chemical use; opens up the follicles in the scalp to help hair grow faster; restores five times more moisture than normal conditioning processes; and it is great for natural hair and curls.
